What the Royal Super Commandos meant to Moff Gideon

The first time we caught a glimpse of these warriors was on “Star Wars Rebels” in the appropriately titled episode “Imperial Supercommandos.” Ghost’s crew, including the Mandalorian Sabine Wren and her “prisoner” Fenn Rau, travel to Concord Dawn’s Mandalorian planet, which was destroyed in an earlier war. There, Fenn Rau’s men, the Guardians of the Dawn of Concord, lost contact with the Rebels and they stepped in to investigate. That’s when they found Gar Saxon and his men there.

When the Imperials replaced Bo-Katan Kryze as leader of Mandalore, they appointed Gar Saxon as leader of Mandalore and he remained completely loyal to Palpatine and his cause. His Mandalorian warriors, devoted to the Empire, wear white beskar armor and jet packs that look very similar to those used by Moff Gideon and his cadres. They are capable and deadly, but ultimately no match for the Rebels of Phoenix squadron.

Gar Saxon used these Super Rangers throughout the Dark Ages and Galactic Civil War, but was eventually deposed by Lady Bo-Katan Kryze once again when she unified Mandalore by using Darksaber (due to the use of Darksaber). Sabine gave it to her).

These episodes of “Star Wars Rebels” become more and more important to “The Mandalorian” as the days go by.
