THIS is the moment an angry neighbor threatened to call the police to arrest a gardener for “making too much noise” – and it caused mixed reactions.

The viral video has been shared to YouTube and shows the gardener tirelessly cutting through an untended front yard.

The neighbor said: “All morning, you have given me a headache, you need to end it.”
Jason Selmes, the gardener from Lush Cut Laws, was brought back and explained that he was legally allowed to mow the lawn during the day.
Jason said: “The neighbors here have seen this lawn turn bad and no one has come to help them.
“That’s why I’m here.
“Perhaps if you guys helped, we wouldn’t have this problem.”
The neighbor, who appeared to be an elderly man, stood there with his arms crossed and made no comment.
“You think I care about that,” he said.
“Let me tell you again, I’ll be a nice guy in 15 minutes, okay.
“You have 15 minutes before I call the police.
“I can’t have this all morning.”
Jason didn’t flinch from the threats and continued his work.

“You handled it like a champ,” added one.
