Lisa VanderPump is closed on West Hollywood famous spot. It was not a decision she wanted to make.
Lisa Vanderpump has a heavy heart

The restaurant owner shared today that Pump Restaurant Lounge will no longer be open. “We are heartbroken to announce that the lease at Pump Restaurant is coming to an end and we will be closing on July 5, after ten years of beautiful evenings under our olive trees.”
Declaration was given to TMZ and shocking, as it is one of the top restaurants appearing in the popular series Bravo Vanderpump’s Rule. What would the show be like without the dogfights breaking out in a peaceful, luxurious setting?

Lisa is no stranger to a good business tactic and has assured fans that this is not the end of trendy eateries. She and her husband, Ken Todd, who co-owns several restaurants with his wife, plan to expand.
The bad thing about the expansion is that it’s no longer in WeHo; it’s not even in Los Angeles anymore.
Lisa Vanderpump Explore Las Vegas

Lisa and Ken plan to retire in the gambling-loving state, or they know a good business deal when they see one. She plans to open not one, but two more restaurants in Vegas at Caesars Palace.
Lisa and Ken already have two restaurants in Vegas; Vanderpump Cocktail Garden, which has a similar feel to Pump and Vanderpump à Paris. This would give the power couple four restaurants in the Vegas area and possibly more if Lisa had a say.
Vegas is also a frequent place to visit when they want a quick getaway. In fact, the film by Tom Schwartz, Katie Maloney and Raquel Levis has begun to be revealed in the latest installment. Leviss admitted that she had a little crush on Schwartz-y and joked about moving on with him, which we all know by now is no joke.
Lisa Vanderpump refuses to pay high rent

TMZ are reporting that one of the reasons why the favorite lounge is closing is because rents have gone too high. There was a significant increase, damn near 1 million dollars. Her show and business are successful, but that’s a lot.
Lisa is not interested in being raped. “While we have enjoyed our time running Pump, getting another 10 year lease with a huge rent increase by the landlord is not something we are willing to commit to. After successfully running over 37 properties over the years, this kind of rent is unacceptable.”
Lisa has reached an agreement to keep the restaurant open through June so she can celebrate her last Pride Ceremony. The tycoon wants to “support the local community with a last-ditch effort.” Do not worry; Lisa will continue to be spotted around West Hollywood.
She and Ken still own TomTom and Sur in the surrounding area. “We look forward to welcoming you all to TomTom & Sur in the coming months! Thank you for your support over the past decade; we fell in love with the staff, patrons and time together.
You better pump your butt before it’s too late!
