If you haven’t watched any of the two games that the Baltimore Ravens QB Tyler Huntley started in 2022, you’ve missed out on the worst quarterback you’ve ever seen in your life.
With lamar Jackson Out with a knee injury, Huntley started 1-1, 0 TUDS to go through with 2 INTs, with 413 passing yards in three games.
Somehow with those numbers, Huntley was announced today as the AFC’s fourth Pro Bowl substitute in quarterback through Adam Schefter.
The three quarterbacks of the AFC Pro Bowl are Josh Allen of the invoice, Patrick Mahomes of the chiefs, and Joe Burrow Later Bengali. Two substitutes landed before Jackson and Huntley; a report is dolphin midfielder Tua Tagovailoa.
If other is Charger midfielder Justin Herbertthat means Huntley finished higher than the Jaguars midfielder Trevor Lawrence. If the other is Lawrence, it means Huntley finished higher than Herbert.
That means if any of the three Pro Bowl-elected quarterbacks decide not to attend, then Huntley will attend the game and “make” the Pro Bowl.
Tyler Huntley are three men who changed plans/didn’t attend for whatever reason they chose from being recognized as one of the best quarterbacks on earth.
The numbers really make his performance seem better than if you have to actually watch him play.
Huntley is so “delicious” that without Jackson this season, for the first time since 2000, Baltimore has led by 16 points or less in three consecutive games.
The Ravens have only scored two touchdowns in three games, none of which in their past seven-quarters.
To get the hang of this Huntley Pro Bowl crap, here’s a quick list of AFC QBs he’s been “voted” for better:

And here is the short list. We know Joe Flacco And White Mike better than him and that ilk’s AFC QBs, so I saved us time and didn’t list people like Jacoby Brissett or Bridgewater Cotton.
It is thought Huntley received more votes than any unnamed AFC midfielder, Mahomes, Burrow, Herbert or Lamar Jackson.
By any conceivable statistics, there are at least 15+ QBs in the AFC that more deserving of this potential recognition.
Who is Tyler Huntley?
When Anthony Wright asked if he was Tyler Huntley, Anthony Wright was outraged.
Tyler Huntley makes Anthony Wright look like Steve McNair. Tyler Huntley is black Kyle Boller.
But the big deal here isn’t Tyler Huntley. It’s a complete Pro Bowl joke.
And this FINALLY proves that Pro Bowl selections don’t matter. To judge any player in NFL history against players from another era, “x players made x Pro Bowls in his career.”
So how is Pro Bowler selected? I should add a game that doesn’t even exist anymore, which is further confirmation that the identification is complete BS.
How are Pro Bowlers chosen?
The list is selected based on three voting groups: fans, players and coaches. Votes in each category represent one-third to determine 88 professional pitchers. The NFL is the only sports league that uses fans, players, and coaches to vote to determine who makes the Pro Bowl.
How are Pro Bowl alternatives determined?
The six players were named as replacements for the Pro Bowl, which means they will be on the shortlist to replace players who will play in the Pro Bowl. super bowl or simply choose not to take the flight to Vegas. But oddly enough, the only one that’s been made public at the moment is Huntley, via Schefter, via “league sources.”
So I dug deeper because this is complete crap. I don’t have anything against Tyler Huntley other than this tweet i pumped out a week ago watch him struggle to complete the most basic passes – all he wants to do is run.

I’m not going to write this article about Adam Schefter receiving payola from an agent in exchange for “earned media” – this is an article mocking the Pro Bowl and how remarkable a player is summed up. turned off by the appearance of the Pro Bowl as a farce. It’s a straight up popularity contest.
As of 2010, players from the two teams that advanced to the Super Bowl did not compete in the Pro Bowl and were replaced by substitute players.
It’s clear that Allen or Mahomes will be in the Super Bowl. That makes Huntley an even more likely professional pitcher.
And I will not live in a world where this is allowed. It’s like when Oprah started giving away cars on her show. If an audience of 200 people all get a “free car,” you really have to wonder about the engine and the craftsmanship of that car.
The key figures are clear Select All-Pro.
Being named an All-Pro by either the first or second team is more prestigious because the All-Pro selection is much more exclusive than the Pro Bowl selection.
There can only be a certain number of All-Pro selections at a given location. All-Pro is tournament wide, with no required numbers per conference.
The NFL pro ball went from one of the most prestigious awards in football to one of the biggest jokes in sport. And players like Huntley are the reason why.
People drop out of school all the time because they’re injured or don’t want to playand now that players in the Super Bowl can’t participate in the Pro Bowl, players appear to be participating by default because no one else can or wants to play.
High profile players like brave cat dropped the annual Pro Bowl, paving the way for mediocres to achieve success in this all-star game.
Calling Tyler Huntley mediocre would be an insult to players like Trent Dilfer and give him more credit than he deserves, for the things he hasn’t achieved.
