The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom will be streamed live for the official launch event and Nintendo Treehouse: Live with gameplay on May 11, one day before the game is finally released to the world.
Nintendo announced news that will hopefully make the wait until May 12 a little easier on their website, and they confirmed the live stream will begin at live.nintendo.com at 6:45pm PT/9:45pm ET on May 11. That means 2:45am BST/11:45am AEST on May 12th.
“Get ready for the May 11 live stream starting at 6:45 p.m. EST, starting with Nintendo Treehouse: A Playable Live Presentation from The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom,” wrote Nintendo. “After Nintendo Treehouse: Live, stay tuned for more live streams counting down to The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom release date!”
