The first Food Conference in Hyderabad will be hosted by the Telangana state government on April 29. The Minister of Industry and IT, Jayesh Ranjan, said that the revolution seen in the food production and processing industry is the no one can match. Pointing out that the industry has seen a huge increase in productivity through the Green, Blue, White, Yellow and Pink revolutions, he added that the government is confident it can convert the gains productivity into value added and capture value at the level of growers, producers and primary processors.
