That includes .257 / .385/.351 starts in 21 games for the Aviators in 2023. He has long demonstrated solid discipline and contact skill without much power.

Reyes has run out of five minor league options. Boston will have to keep him on the MLB roster or offer him to other teams through waivers. He brings a bit of flexibility to Alex Cora’s bench.
