Pirates announced that they have declared right-handed Eli Villalobos exemption from the Marlins and cast him into Triple-A Indianapolis. The right wing was assigned the task by the Marlins over the weekend. In a corresponding move, shortstop Oneil Cruz was transferred to the 60-day injured list.
