The Royals announced a number of roster changes earlier today, with midfielders Kyle Isbel continues to be on the 10-day injury list with hamstring strain and left-handedness Austin Cox is optional to Triple-A. The positions on the list have been taken by midfielders Nate Eaton and right-handed Jonathan Heasley, both were summoned from Omaha. Manager Matt Quatraro told Anne Rogers of MLB.com that Isbel has a 2nd degree hamstring strain and will be sidelined for six weeks.
