I quit my stressful office job to travel the world for FREE – I’m living my dream and saving thousands of dollars


A WOMEN has given up her stressful office job to travel the world for free and is saving thousands of dollars in the process.

Kristina Corniel from New York found a new gig that allows her to travel the world and live in luxury – with just one catch.

The dream job The offer came when the 34-year-old quit her usual Human Resources job after working 100 hours a week.

Feeling “unsatisfied” Kristina started traveling more.

She told SWNS: “I started thinking about how I wanted to live my life every day.

“I’ve been thinking about what I want more of.

“I want more sunlight, more exercise, more family time, more nature, more learning, more excitement, more maturity, more fulfillment, more freedom. .”

In 2017, she took a solo trip to Thailand and immediately meet like-minded people.

Through her new contacts, she found remote work online teacher before she became a full-time content creator.

But then she discovered a job that cuts down on all the usual commuting costs – sitting at home.

The only problem is that she has to take care of the owners’ pets.

Since taking on the supporting role, she has stayed in ten houses across the country for free californiaMontreux, London And Texas.

And during her month-long trip in Switzerland she was able to save £6,000 taking a bubble bath, eating cheese fondue and driving a luxury car.

“I have a nice place to stay and save money,” she said.

“It was a big hack for me.

“Not only do you get to stay in quality homes, but you also have more time to explore.

“Sometimes I let my indoor seating determine where I’m going next.

“Being able to live like a local for free in Switzerland, one of the most expensive countries in the world, is definitely a highlight.”

Kristina signed up on sites like House Sitters America and MindMyHouse, where she paid a small membership fee.

However, the woman insists the exchange for free accommodation is worth the additional cost.

She said: “It was a game changer.

“All you’re doing is feeding their cats.”

Kristina is currently traveling with her husband, Martin, and the couple have visited most of Europe and have no intention of stopping anytime soon.

“I’m creating a wonderful, beautiful network around the world,” she said.
