As new details were revealed about the show, Bachelor Nation fans began weighing in on social media about the series.
On the official Instagram post, posted by the show’s account and ABC, a user Written, “Based on your casting for the regular seasons, who would this be the 32nd? 35?”
“So over 30?” another user asked.
“See, they’ll all be in their 40s 🙄,” added another.

Insiders ‘Golden Bachelor’ Will ‘Touch’ Viewers

Insiders affiliated with the show are optimistic about viewership and reaction to the show.
In discussions with Variety, Disney executive Rob Mills was optimistic about the film’s reception in 2020..
Mills told the outlet, “Some of the casting interviews we received were very moving. “It’s a different way of doing ‘The Bachelor’ because these guys are in a different place. There is something interesting about people who have gone to the other end of the spectrum, who have lived their lives, raised their children, widowed or divorced, and maybe some have never been in love. We think it’s going to be an interesting dynamic through the ‘Bachelor’ lens,” says Mills.
“The Golden Bachelor” will air in September, after “The Bachelorette.” ‘Bachelor’ alumnus Charity Lawson has accepted the franchise to lead the show during the latest season!
“Bachelor In Paradise” will also air in the fall.
