The Real Housewives of Miami performer The cast of Guerdy Abraira is supporting her after revealing her battle with cancer.

The phenomenal event planner is battling big C while filming the hit reality show. A few weeks ago, it was announced that the women were filming again, and according to Abraira’s statement, they may have been on the cast trip!
“In March, I got some news about my health. I am in St. Barts to enjoy the time of my life when my doctor called me with the results of a routine mammogram,” she shared in her statement.
“I have breast cancer. It took me a while to process it all, which is why I took a break from social media last month, as many have noticed. Many of you have reached out to check on me and I am grateful for your gestures of concern.”
She thanked those around her for reaching out and continuing to support her through this difficult time. She said, “I will guerrilla this cancer as well as guerrilla everything else in my life.”
Bravo joins support
The reality star’s friends and family have sent her messages of love and support. The Real Housewives of the Potomac‘s Candiace Dillard wrote, “Guerdy, thank you for sharing this with us! Sending you lots of love and healing❤️.”
Her co-star, Wendy Osefo, followed her, “Sending you prayers and strength.” sunset of sunset alum GG Gharachedaghi wrote, “Girl, better Guerdyfyyyy!!!! Lots of love and light to you, sis. We know how strong-willed you are so we will strengthen you with our prayers and love.”
The members of Guerdy also showed love. “Praying for you 🙏🏼,” wrote Larsa Pippen. Kiki Barth added, “❤️❤️❤️ Pray for you, honey; you have this 💪🏿.” Marysol Patten was also there for her. “Awe Guerdy, I love you ❤️ you got this 💪,” she wrote.
Dr. Nicole Martin offered consolation, “You’ve got this girl… We’ve got this.” Adriana D’Moura wrote, “😢💪💕💕💕 I will be there for you. You are strong, and you will win this battle. And her companion, Julia Lemigova, her own partner who recently battled cancer, wrote: “We are here for you ❤️💪🏻”

Abraira urges her followers to regularly take care of themselves. “For people who don’t get regular checkups, I recommend you do. Your life depends on it.” Luckily for her, she had a routine mammogram and caught it early.
Guerdy has been married to her husband, Russell Abraira, for over 20 years and she is the mother of two sons Miles, 14, and Liam, 9. Guerdy has the right friends/colleagues to help her through this difficult diagnosis.
Nicole is an anesthesiologist and although her focus is not on cancer, she can help Guerdy navigate her diagnosis in other ways. Julia, as mentioned above, revealed two months ago that her wife, tennis star Martina Navratilova, is cancer-free.
She can help her navigate their experience and provide comfort when Guerdy is scared and uncertain, which will happen during this time.
