CALGARY, Alberta, May 12, 2023 (GLOBE NEWS WIRE) — Birchcliff Energy Ltd. (“Birchcliff”) (TSX: BIR) is pleased to announce that at the Annual and Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders to be held on 11 May 2023 (“Meeting”), shareholders elected all five nominees listed in Birchcliff’s information circular of 27 March 2023 (“information circular) and approve other issues voted at the General Meeting.
