Bharat Biotech won the ‘Best Process/Manufacturing Development’ award as part of the Vaccine Industry Excellence (ViE) award at the 2023 World Vaccine Congress.
The congress was held from April 3 to 6 in Washington, USA.
Hyderabad-based Bharat Biotech is the only Indian company shortlisted for VIE awards in various categories including best clinical trial company, best clinical trial network, award best center/specialty lab award, best contract research institution, best manufacturing/process development award, among others.

Bharat Biotech is the manufacturer of the world’s first intranasal Covid-19 vaccine, iNcovacc. Its intramuscular vaccine, Covaxin, is part of India’s public immunization program and has also been exported.
