For operational workflow tools that help providers route and manage patient journeys (think appointments, communications, etc.), they’ve now added some data-driven intelligence based on collating all the anonymous data they have access to and seeing what works best in practice getting patients engaged with their care.
Today (i.e. since this video was shot) Luma announced a new deal with major EMR company Meditech that will bring their technology into more hospital systems.
