Police say a suspect who fled in a high-speed crash in South Los Angeles was arrested early Sunday morning after being chased by witnesses.
The crash happened at 12:38 a.m. about half a mile west of Expo Park, at the intersection of Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard. and Normandie Avenue, killing a 21-year-old man and a 20-year-old woman. Angeles Police Department spokeswoman Melissa Podany said.
